FLUX 3

FLUX 3 is Black Forest Labs’ flagship: photoreal generation and reference-based edits, from 768-pixel drafts to 4K, billed by the megapixel.

FLUX 3 is the successor to FLUX.2 Pro from Black Forest Labs, the lab behind the FLUX family. It generates from a prompt and edits from up to eight reference images, with a framing set that runs from 21:9 to 1:2.

Billing is per megapixel, so a 768-pixel draft costs a fraction of a 1K render and 4K costs sixteen times as much. Draft small, then re-render the keeper at the size the layout needs. FLUX 3 Klein is the small, fast sibling for cheap iterations.
