Your media library is shared across every project in the workspace: upload once, use everywhere. This guide covers importing, organizing and finding assets.
Upload files Click Import files in the Assets tab (or drag files straight into the panel). Video, images and audio are all supported; uploads land with a thumbnail and duration.
Record a voiceover Click Record voiceover to capture narration with your microphone in the browser. The recording lands in the library like any other audio file.
Tag and rename Open an asset's ⋯ menu to rename it or add tags. Tags become filter chips above the library, so a growing library stays navigable.
Search The search box filters by name as you type; combine it with tag chips to narrow further. The usage meter shows how much of your storage plan is used.
Reuse across projects The same library backs every project in your workspace. Generated media, exports and voiceovers all land here automatically.
Tips
Exports are added to the library too, so a finished video can be a clip in the next one.
Deleting a library file frees storage immediately; assets used by a project keep playing until you replace them.
AI generations arrive tagged ai-generated, so they are easy to filter.
