Kling O1

Kling O1 is built around references: compose a shot from several images, or re-render a clip you already have.

Feed Kling O1 several images and address them in the prompt as @Image1, @Image2 (“@Image1 walks through the door of @Image2”). It composes a shot that keeps each reference recognisable.

It also runs image-to-video with a start frame and optional end frame, and edits existing footage from a prompt. One card covers reference composition, keyframed motion and restyling a clip you already shot.

One input rule for the editing mode: the clip has to be at least 720 pixels tall. Shorter footage is refused before anything is charged.

Questions

What is reference-to-video in Kling O1?
Instead of one seed image, you provide several reference images and describe how they interact. Kling O1 keeps each reference (a character, a product, a location) consistent in the generated shot.
How do I address references in a Kling O1 prompt?
By position: @Image1, @Image2 and so on, in the order you attached them. Example: “@Image1 picks up @Image2 from the table, close-up.”
Is Kling O1 good for brand or product videos?
Yes. Reference consistency is what product and character continuity needs. Generate several shots with the same references and cut them together on the timeline.
Can Kling O1 change a clip I already have?
Yes, that is its editing mode: your footage is the subject rather than a reference. Describe the change and the shot is re-rendered with its framing and motion intact. The clip needs to be at least 720 pixels tall.
